Two-year Product Protection

Xcotton's Product Protection covers accidental damage—such as drops, flat tires, or damaged parts—as well as power surges, starting from the shipping date. The plan also covers mechanical and electrical breakdowns that occur after the manufacturer's warranty expires.

The Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH) coverage protects your bike against unexpected physical damage during normal usage—such as single-vehicle accidents (like falls or hitting trees), liquid submersions, tire blowouts, and damage resulting from component failures during riding.

Through the Xcotton Claims Center, customers can conveniently file claims for accidental damage (ADH) after purchasing Product Protection Services. There are two ways to log into the Claims Center as follows:

b. Email confirmation:
After purchasing, consumers receive an email titled 'XCOTTON PRODUCT PROTECTION PLAN PURCHASE CONFIRMATION' Click the highlighted link to access the Claims Center.
