Every Anyland electric dirt bike is backed by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
1. Warranty Period & Applicability
- Automatic Activation: For purchases made directly through the official Anyland website, the warranty is automatically registered to the original buyer at the time of purchase.
- Coverage Duration: The warranty is active for 12 months, effective from the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser.
- Warranty Transferability: This warranty may be transferred to a subsequent owner, provided that the original 12-month period has not expired. The new owner must provide the original order number and the full name of the initial purchaser for verification.
2. Warranty Components (What Is Covered)
- Frame (12 Months): A defective frame will be replaced with a new model or the closest comparable one at Anyland's discretion. Anyland reserves the right to utilize "scratch and dent" inventory for warranty replacements. Please note that labor fees for frame replacement are not covered.
- Battery (12 Months): Anyland will repair or replace a defective battery free of charge. Powered by a strictly UL-certified, high-cycle lithium battery system engineered for extreme off-road durability, your battery is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months. No cash reimbursement will be made, and Anyland retains the sole discretion to assess and determine all battery defects.
- Motor (12 Months): Covered for internal mechanical or electrical failures under normal riding conditions, including coil burnout, demagnetization, short circuits, or structural deformation.
- Controller (12 Months): Covered for internal performance failures or quality defects arising from the manufacturing process that cannot be repaired.
- Dashboard/Display (12 Months): Covered against electronic performance failures, screen malfunctions, or internal quality issues.
- Headlight (6 Months): Headlights don't work or have quality problems.
- Chain (6 Months): Damage resulting from stiff links, binding, severe kinking, or fractures.

4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Any valid warranty claims must be made within 1 year from the date of delivery. To ensure a swift and accurate resolution for your warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us First: Please reach out to us directly at support@anylandsport.com before submitting a formal claim, as there might be a simple solution to address your issue.
- Provide Proof of Purchase: Include your official Anyland order number and the email address used to place the order.
- Submit Visual Evidence: Send clear photos or short videos demonstrating the damaged product or defective component via email for verification. Anyland requires visual evidence of the reported defect before dispatching replacement parts.
5. Important Labor & Fee Limitations
- Parts Only: Warranty coverage is limited to the replacement of defective parts only.
- Labor Not Covered: Any customer-incurred fees, including but not limited to third-party installation, labor, mechanic shop charges, diagnosis, or service fees, are not covered and will not be reimbursed.
- Final Discretion: Please note that Anyland reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a stated defect or damage is covered under this warranty.
6. Warranty Exclusions (What is NOT Covered)
The Anyland limited warranty strictly does not apply to any of the following:
- Abnormal Use: Defects or damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, or abnormal use. This includes, but is not limited to racing or any activity inconsistent with the product’s intended design.
- Improper Maintenance: Damage caused by assembly, testing, storage, or repairs that deviate from the official Assembly Instructions and Owner’s Manual.
- Environmental Exposure: Damage from external factors such as fire, flooding, storms, or exposure to liquids, chemicals, moisture, sand, and dirt.
- Unauthorized Parts: Issues caused by the use of third-party accessories or equipment not approved or provided by Anyland.
- Cosmetic & Wear: Ordinary wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or surface damage
- Tampering: Any product where the serial number or barcode has been removed, defaced, altered, or made illegible.
- Geographical Limits: Warranty coverage is limited to addresses within the United States and does not extend to locations outside the US.
- Display, Controller, and Motor: Unauthorized opening or tampering with the outer casing or housing. Damage to internal connectors from improper installation or misuse. Cosmetic or physical damage to the casing from impacts, crashes, or improper handling. Cuts, scratches, or breakage of the lead wires or cables from external force or improper routing.
Battery-Specific Exclusions: In addition to the above, this warranty does not cover battery defects caused by:
- Use of a charger not intended for the battery or improper operation of the charging unit.
- Evidence of tampering or broken seals on the battery casing.
- Utilizing the battery in any equipment other than the Anyland electric dirt bike for which it was designed.
- Unauthorized disassembly of the battery.
- Battery left uncharged for 3 months.
- Water ingress.
- Improper use such as impacts or crushing.
- Severe battery external damage, including deformed casing or modified screws.
- Charging through the discharge port or discharging through the charge port.
