Seel Worry-Free Delivery
Get a full refund if your order doesn’t arrive as described, including loss or damage in transit.
- Arrival delay: Claim for $5 if your domestic package is not delivered within 10 days since fulfillment.
- Damage: Claim for up to the full value of your purchase if your items are damaged in transit.
- Loss: Claim for the full value of your purchase if your domestic package is not delivered before the 30th day since fulfillment.
Please note: This service is currently available in the United States only. It is a value-added service offered by Seel and cannot be purchased as a stand-alone item. Orders that include only the Seel Worry-Free Delivery service will be canceled.
Order Cancellation
- Pre-activation: Worry-Free Delivery can be canceled within 24 hours after your order is placed.
- Post-activation: After 24 hours since the order is placed, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
- Refunds: Worry-Free Delivery add-on is non-refundable after 24 hours after the order placement time.
Coverage & Compensation Rules
1. Package Loss
- Definition: Domestic orders with no tracking updates for > 30 days after shipment.
- Required Evidence (at least one): Official courier loss proof, surveillance video, written third-party proof, or a police report.
- Compensation: Full refund of order value (excluding shipping/insurance fees).
2. Package Damage
- Definition: Product damage caused by logistics reported within 7 days of receipt.
- What is covered: Items that are unusable, fractured, shattered, crushed, or bent (if not bendable).
- What is NOT covered: Cosmetic damage such as minor scratches or dents.
- Required Evidence: Clear photos of damaged outer packaging and close-up photos of the damaged item(s).
- Compensation: Assessment based on severity, up to full order value.
3. Delivery Delay
- Definition: Domestic package not delivered within 10 days of shipment.
- Compensation: Fixed $5 payout.
- Note: Delay claims do not affect your ability to file for loss or damage later.
How to File a Claim
If your package is damaged, lost, or delayed, please follow these steps:
- Visit the Portal: Go to https://resolve.seel.com.
- Report the Issue: Submit an “Issue” report using your email and order number.
- Upload Proof: Select products and upload the required photos or documents.
- Receive Payout: Once accepted, choose your payout method:
- Direct Deposit: 1-3 business days.
- PayPal/Venmo: Within 1 hour following acceptance.
Important on Receipt
- Inspect Immediately: Please inspect your package upon delivery! Refuse the delivery if it is clearly damaged and take photos.
- Keep Records: Retain the shipping label and record an unboxing video as proof.
- Final Note: The same issue cannot be claimed with both Seel and Anyland.
