Refund policy
We deeply value the trust of our early supporters and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your bike arrives with any issues, we are committed to resolving it swiftly and fairly. To better protect your rights and maintain the quality of our service, please review our refund policy below:
Order Cancellation
Before Shipping: If you need to cancel your order before it ships, we are happy to provide a full refund with zero processing fees.
After Shipping: Please note that once your order is in transit, it cannot be canceled.
Exchange
Pre-Shipment

You may exchange your product for another item of the same price for free.

If exchanging for a different model, you are responsible for paying the price difference between the products.
Post-Shipment

Exchange requests are only accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The bike must be unused, free from dirt, dust, and odors, and securely packed in its original packaging and condition.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, we will provide a return shipping label for you.
Because bikes are classified as oversized heavy freight, carriers enforce specific return rates (calculated at 110% of the outbound shipping cost plus a $25 carrier pickup fee) will be deducted.

If exchanging for a different model, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee plus the price difference.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your bike as soon as it arrives! If the product is defective or damaged during transit, Anyland will cover return shipping costs. Please send clear photos or videos of the damage to our support team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or send you the necessary parts to get you riding.
Notes: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@anylandsport.com and our support team will guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once your return arrives at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow 3-6 business days for our team to inspect the item and process your request, we will also update an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund (minus any applicable shipping costs) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-15 business days. Please note that the exact posting time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@anylandsport.com.
Return Policy
Order can be returned within 14 days of receiving the product.
We recommend holding onto your original packaging for at least 14 days after delivery. This ensures your bike stays fully protected if you need to send it back. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed, or if the product shows signs of misuse or negligence, we won't be able to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the exact condition you received it.

Be packed securely in the original packaging.

Include your receipt or proof of purchase.
- The mileage on the LCD screen must be less than 10 miles.
Return shipping fee is $200 and will be deducted from your final refund
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@anylandsport.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and generate a return shipping label for you. Please note that a $200 return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Non-Quality Returns
If the return is not due to quality issues, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Important Notice
If your return or exchange request is approved by Anyland, you may receive a replacement product or a refund. Anyland will provide a shipping label. Please do not ship the item yourself before receiving this label.
After shipping your approved return, you must provide us with the tracking number. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Unauthorized returns will be returned and rejected. All the extra costs incurred during this process (warehouse processing fee, return shipping fee etc) will be billed to the customer.
