Shipping Policy

At Anyland, we are committed to safely and punctually delivering your order, providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience for every customer. This shipping policy details our processing times, shipping methods, fees, and estimated delivery times.

Shipping Rates
  • Electric Dirt Bikes: Shipping is free for all newly purchased electric dirt bikes.
  • Accessories: Shipping is free on all accessories.
Order Processing Times

Because our electric dirt bikes contain high-capacity batteries and are shipped as oversized, heavy freight, they require special handling.

  • All orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  • If you have registered an account on our website, you can easily track your order and shipping status directly from your account dashboard.
Shipping Areas & Delivery Times
  • Service Area: We currently ship exclusively within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or P.O. boxes.
  • Delivery Estimates: Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after the order has shipped. 

(Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, natural disasters, or holidays that are beyond Anyland's control. We appreciate your understanding and patience.)

  • Signature Required: All high-value freight shipments require a signature upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid shipping address where someone will be available to receive and sign for the package.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx. Carrier selection depends on the item's size, weight, and final destination.

Shipping Changes 

To avoid delays and additional charges, we recommend carefully double-checking your shipping address before placing your order.

  • Before Shipping (Free): You may contact us to modify your shipping address at no cost, provided your order has not yet generated a tracking number.
  • In Transit (Refused or Undeliverable): If a package is refused by the customer without a valid reason during delivery, or is deemed "undeliverable" by the carrier due to customer-related issues, the actual shipping and handling costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Additionally, if a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, a $22.50 address correction fee plus applicable carrier fuel surcharges will apply.

  • After Successful Delivery: If the package has already been successfully delivered to the original address provided, but you need it forwarded to a new location, we can assist in creating a new shipping label. Please note that the forwarding shipping fee will be based on a real-time quote from the carrier and billed to you at the exact actual cost.
Duties & Taxes

All Anyland electric dirt bikes are shipped directly from our warehouse within the United States. Because these are domestic shipments, no customs duties or import taxes will be applied to your order.

Note: Sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your local state regulations.

FedEx Station

Due to the large dimensions and high value of our packages, we cannot ship your bike orders to a FedEx station for pickup, as many stations cannot accept oversized items.

If you are unable to sign for your package in person and require it to be left at a designated safe location, please reach out to support@anylandsport.com before placing the order to make special arrangements.

Shipping Damage & Loss

Disclaimer: Please note that Anyland is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of any parcel service.

Shipping Damage 

We take great care in packaging your Anyland bike. However, if your order is damaged or lost during transit, please follow these steps to ensure a quick resolution:

  • Inspect Before Signing (Crucial): Because our bikes are shipped as heavy freight, they require a signature upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please make sure to note "Damaged" and briefly describe the specific damaged area on the carrier's Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing for the shipment.
  • Report Promptly: Contact our support team at support@anylandsport.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Document the Damage: Provide clear, dated photos or videos showing the damage.
  • Keep Original Packaging: Please return all original packaging and paperwork included with the bike;

Note: Under Anyland's warranty policy, once a replacement part is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs for that part. Otherwise, the customer may be responsible for the shipping fees. 

Shipping damage claims are very time-sensitive! Please remember that it is your responsibility to immediately inspect the bike for damage as soon as it arrives.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is lost in transit or shows as "Delivered" but cannot be found, please contact our customer service team at support@anylandsport.com immediately. We are here to help, we also require your prompt cooperation:

  • Report Within 14 Days: You must contact our customer service team within 14 days of the stated delivery date or the last tracking update.

 (Claims made after this 14-day window may be denied by the carrier.)

  • Investigation Process & Timeline: Once reported, we will launch a formal, comprehensive investigation with the freight carrier. Because our bikes are shipped as oversized heavy freight, carrier investigations are highly complex. Please be aware that it may take 1 to 3 months for the carrier to complete their search and provide an official conclusion. We will keep you updated throughout this period and work toward the best possible solution once the investigation is officially closed.
